2. Register entry and status

Nexin is entered in FINMA’s public register as an untied insurance intermediary. Registration number: F01560465. Verify the FINMA register entry. Register status verified on August 14, 2026.

Untied means that Nexin does not act under an exclusive commitment to a single insurer. The insurers and products included in a specific comparison are identified in that process.

3. Cooperation with insurers

Nexin has intermediation relationships with the following insurers:

  • Helsana
  • SWICA
  • Assura
  • Sympany

4. Liability and professional indemnity insurance

Nexin Group GmbH is liable for errors, negligence or incorrect information in connection with its intermediation. The professional indemnity policy is held with Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe SE with the following coverage: CHF 3’000’000 per year for pure financial loss.

5. Training and continuing education

Persons engaged in insurance intermediation meet the statutory professional requirements and complete the required continuing education. Register status can be checked through the FINMA entry linked above.

6. Compensation, cashback and conflicts of interest

Nexin may receive compensation from insurers for intermediated contracts. The type and amount or calculation basis and any cashback are disclosed before a binding application is submitted.

Potential conflicts are limited through transparent comparison criteria, compensation disclosure and organisational controls. A conflict that cannot be adequately avoided is disclosed before conclusion.

7. Processing of personal data

Details of personal data processing and disclosure are available in our Privacy Policy. Application and health data is only transferred as necessary to insurers and service providers identified in the relevant process.
